  • When we say our services are non-invasive, we mean that our services will help accelerate your body’s natural functions to remove fat, tone muscle and rejuvenate/tighten skin.

  • Most of our services are considered relaxing treatments and are pretty enjoyable. Very few are uncomfortable. We always take our clients comfort into consideration so when needed we offer free numbing cream to make sure every session is a pleasant experience.

  • To ensure you get results we can stand by most of our appointments are 1 - 2 Hrs. We also know that yours and every clients time is precious so we ask that anyone that is more that 15 late to reschedule to make sure others are not inconvenienced.

  • Drink Water - The minimum amount of water you should drink before ever session (and honestly everyday) is 64 oz. or about 4 water bottles. A standard disposable water bottle is about 16oz.

    Activity - You’ll need to be vertical and light - moderately active for at least 30 minutes a day for about 6 days after each session to maximize your results.

    Smarter Choices - Try making small changes to your current diet that will help your maintain your results long term. Easy start is just getting small or medium meals instead of larges at fast food places or cutting out soda.
